CRM developer at Consile

Where leadership is about trust, not Excel sheets.
And where you get enough freedom to do your job properly .

Where technical expertise and professional freedom create real business value

As a CRM developer at Consile, you will be a key part of a small team and a young company that helps companies leverage CRM and digitalization as a strategic lever for their business.

Your primary task will be to solve the heavy technical tasks for our customers - from complex integrations and custom development to data modeling and automations that actually work in practice. You'll be the person who translates business requirements into technical solutions and ensures that systems work together.

You'll work closely with customers and be responsible for the implementation, development and customization of CRM solutions, including integrations to ERP, BI, marketing and other systems. You will participate in customer meetings and workshops to understand needs and processes, but you will not have full customer responsibility - we work together on the customer as a team. You must be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and be structured in your work, where your focus is on building and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

At Consile, our culture is built on trust and freedom. You will be given clear responsibility, a few goals and complete freedom of method to achieve them. We emphasize a high level of professionalism and do not deal with 'button pushing', but create solutions that move businesses.

As an employee at Consile, you get a working life with freedom, flexibility and meaning. For us, it's not so important whether you prefer to work predominantly remotely or in the office, the most important thing is that you have the best framework for solving your tasks, helping customers and enjoying being part of Consile. You'll be part of a small, efficient team with talented colleagues who can and will; and if you want to, you can help shape the business going forward.

You'll get projects that challenge you technically but don't wear you out. A good salary that matches your skills and results. All in a culture built on trust, humor and common sense. We believe in balance - work is part of life, not all of life. We prioritize peace of mind and believe that planning and close coordination with customers is the way forward, instead of overtime and a sea of "interest hours".

What skills do you bring to the table?

We are looking for a profile that combines business understanding with technical insight and execution skills. You are your customers' primary contact and you prioritize their business. You can link goals, processes and data to concrete CRM solutions that create visible impact.

Your way of working

  • You take responsibility for your technical deliverables and ensure quality in everything you build.

  • You can analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture, data models and implementation.

  • You thrive in the entire development process: from requirements specification to coding, testing and ongoing maintenance.

  • You communicate clearly about technical solutions, both with the customer and within the team; and can participate in technical discussions.

Your competencies

  • Strong coding experience and hands-on experience developing CRM solutions, integrations and automations.

  • You master parts of the technical toolbox: React, Node.js, JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, C# or similar.

  • Experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, middleware) and linking to ERP, BI, marketing automation and other systems.

  • You can assess whether something needs to be configured, customized or developed from scratch - and you know why.

  • You write good, maintainable code and documentation. Github is your regular partner, and code review, environment management and good release discipline are standard for you.

Experience we value

  • Experience on at least one of these ecosystems: HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce - especially with custom development and advanced integrations.

  • Hands-on experience building production-ready solutions for businesses that depend on your work.

  • Understanding of CRM data models, sales processes and how data flows between systems.

  • Experience with deployment pipelines, version control and testing practices.

  • Danish and English at a level where you can participate in customer workshops and write clear technical documentation.

What we do NOT expect

While we have a lot to ask, we don't expect you to know everything.

We're not looking for an octopus - but a profile with strong technical skills, sound judgment, curiosity and a desire to learn.

You don't need to know everything from day one; it's more important that you code well, think independently, take responsibility and thrive in an environment where professionalism and motivation are key.

With us, it's not about saying yes to everything, but about being able to prioritize, challenge and collaborate.

Who is Consile

Less bureaucracy. More business.

Consile was founded by Martin Mensbo Christiansen and Rasmus Høegh Refstrup. Two very experienced consultants with a +150 implementations under their belts and a shared ambition to create a consultancy where professionalism, credibility and business understanding go hand in hand.

Martin Mensbo - Partner says:
"We have many years of experience with CRM, digitalization and business development, and we have seen how much value it creates when technology is used correctly.
That's why we build Consile on a simple principle: Plan over platform. We believe that success starts with insight into the customer's business and not with the choice of system."

At Consile, we bring together a team of dedicated specialists who can work flexibly and close to the customers... not a big house where decisions drown in administration and endless meetings and power points without goals and meaning!

We prioritize quality, collaboration and healthy relationships, and we build a company that makes sense both for those who work here and for those we work for.
